When you’ve been feeling pretty miserable the past few months, you acknowledge with your therapist that it’s most likely depression, and you can’t help but think “Hello darkness my old frieeend, 12 years and you are here agaaain.” So you identify the factors (seasonal or otherwise), work with your doctor on vitamins and possible hormone tweaks, find yourself starting to go on the upswing, and you feel just about ready to cast that depression into the fire!
