When you’re trying to get back into exercising, but you’re mostly-recovered body can only handle working out two times a week instead of three, and doing either 15 minutes of light weights OR 15 minutes light cardio. No more. No combo. So you’re juggling patience, disappointment, and mild joy for at least starting to go to the fitness room regularly again.
