Top surgeon’s PA – “…Give it a year for everything to settle and mature, and then decide if you want to make an tweaks. Oh, you’re having surgery with ___, right?”
Me – “Yup. Tomorrow.”
PA – “Oh good lord.”
Don’t think she was expecting that, but I assured her that I’ve gotten everything lined up for it. I’m ready to get this last surgery of the year done.
